Products Description
1.4112 steel bar has good rust resistance. It is a high-quality stainless steel used in the high-end batch cutting tool market. Its strength and sharpness are higher than ATS-34, and its chromium content is up to 16-18%. It is the second most commonly used stainless steel (after ATS-34). It is also the first stainless steel accepted by the cutter, and has been very popular, especially after the sub-zero treatment process is developed, this treatment enhances the toughness of the steel.
1.4112 Steel Characteristics:
When grinding, its disadvantage is that its viscosity is relatively large and its temperature rises quickly, but it is easier to grind than any carbon steel and cut materials with a hand saw. The annealing temperature at 440C is very low, and the hardness after quenching is high. The hardness usually reaches HRC56-58, and the corrosion resistance (magnetic) and toughness are good.
